OFFSET PRINT
Our printing house is equipped with modern machines and printing technologies that guarantee the highest print quality, binding and short deadlines. We work on both full-format and semi-format machines from Heidelberg and Komori.
Our machines park includes:
- Heidelberg SM 102-8-P-S (8-color) B1,
- Heidelberg SM 102-8-P-S (8-color) B1,
two sided print
- Komori Lithrone Ls 429 print on hard surfaces, 4-color
Machines are equipped with the Image Control print quality control system (spectrophotometer). Printing is carried out on paper with a weight of 60 to 400 g with a diverse structure.
We prepare print matrices on the modern CTP system - Kodak Trendsetter. We light up to 40 B1 plates per hour.
PRINTED ADVERTISING
We implement high-volume printing of advertising magazines for retail chains of various industries. Promotional folders and leaflets are a permanent element of marketing activities. We mainly use matte or glossy chalk paper for the order. For thousands of copies, we also offer economical solutions on thinner paper but still in excellent color sharpness and print quality..
MAGAZINES
We offer high-volume printing of magazines and other press publications. We execute orders on paper with a basis weight of 60 to 400 g with different finishing possibilities (varnish, foil: flash, mat, satin, stamping, etc.). In bookbinding, we provide additional services such as inserting add-ons, laminating single copies or pasting CDs.
CATALOGS
The offer includes professional printing of commercial and service catalogs. A high quality catalog, made on good paper with a refined finish, works like the best business card of the company. Often, the offer that is properly presented decides about the purchase of a product or service. We invite you to the customer's zone in which we inform you how to prepare files for the execution of the order.
BOOKS
We operate on the order of scientific and literary publishers, offering professional printing of medium and large volumes of books. Our graphic designers will help you design the final look of the publication, including the enhancements that increase the visual appeal of the edition. DTP STUDIO
Thanks to our many years of experience, our qualified graphic designers can design literally everything for you. We work based on the DTP (Desktop Publishing) process. It is based on computer preparation of a print image in digital form as well as printing forms and machines. Printing forms are created using the modern Kodak CTP digital platesetter. The image of the disc is transferred directly from the computer, which guarantees high image precision, stability and repeatability of the plate making process. In addition, this technology eliminates the need for harmful chemistry, so we care about the environment.
SHIPPING
Thinking about our clients, we also care about the logistics part. The transport of finished products is carried out directly by the printing house, via Poczta Polska or a courier company to the contractor's office or to the place indicated by him. There is also a possibility of personal collection at the headquarters of our company, located in Kobyłka.
